A very rich and healthy way to start the week with this recipe for rice with mushrooms which is very easy to make, is really very rich, and we hope you like the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cebolla1 Cup arroz60 grs. manteca100 grs. hongos60 grs. panceta3 tbsp of cheese rallado2 tbsp of chopped parsleyPreparation:
We began to cook the rice with plenty of water with salt until it is at the Dente.
We then Sauté in butter well chopped onion along with the bacon cut into cubes.
Proceed to add the sliced mushrooms and let Cook for a few minutes. After this we incorporate rice mixing it all.
We ended up putting the chopped parsley and grated cheese.
