Short, diet weight loss diet


Short diet, diet to lose weight. Come the holidays, it's time to get the bikinis, and there we see the problem of some increase in weight, cellulite, localized fat, etc. But the good thing about this season is that it is easier to follow diets.


Our summer is lighter, and we have fruit and seasonal vegetables increase satiety which also provide us vitamins, minerals and also help us lose weight. Below is a diet of 7 days, which can lose weight 3 kilos.


Day 1
• Breakfast: Orange juice and a slice of bread with Dietetic jam.
• Mid-morning: A nonfat yogurt
• Lunch: Salad of carrot, tomato, lettuce and tuna. And dessert fruit salad.
• Snack: An infusion of red tea or green tea with 3 crackers.
• Dinner: Chicken salad with natural Tomato Burger. An infusion.

Day 2
• Breakfast: Skimmed milk with coffee or tea and 3 crackers or 30 Gr. grain.
• Mid-morning: 1 piece of fruit
• Lunch: Vegetables boiled or grilled and fillet of beef or grilled chicken.
• Lunch: Juice orange or grapefruit and toast of bread with curd cheese.
• Dinner: Soup of vegetables. Fiambre Turkey, with asparagus, tomato. An infusion.


Day 3
• Breakfast: An Apple and grapefruit juice.
• Mid-morning: 1 yogurt skimming with cereals
• Lunch: A quarter of a roast chicken with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrot salad.
• Snack: An infusion of red tea or green tea with 3 crackers.
• Dinner: A fillet of hake grilled with a tomato and vegetable stock. A jelly.


Day 4
• Breakfast: Skimmed milk with coffee or tea and 3 crackers or 30 Gr. grain
• Mid-morning: A PEAR
• Lunch: A small plate of spaghetti with tomato and lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrot salad. A nonfat yogurt.
• Snack: a glass of milk skimmed with coffee, tea or single, and a toasted bread with cottage cheese.
• Dinner: Scrambled asparagus or Zucchini and a white triangles nonfat with 1 whole wheat bread toast. An infusion.


Day 5
• Breakfast: Skimmed milk with coffee or tea and 3 crackers or 30 Gr. grain.
• Mid-morning: a piece of fruit
• Lunch: salad of carrot, tomato, egg cooked (without the yolk), lettuce and tuna, and for dessert a piece of fruit
• Snack: beaten fruit without sugar with 3 crackers.
• Dinner: Salad with cabbage and carrot with yogurt sauce. Spinach with garlic and onion. An infusion.


Day 6
• Breakfast: fresh orange juice and a slice of bread with Dietetic jam.
• Mid-morning: a nonfat yogurt
• Lunch: tomatoes stuffed with rice, Zucchini cream. A nonfat yogurt
• Lunch: juice orange or grapefruit and toast of bread with curd cheese.
• Dinner: Soup of vegetables. The artichoke is boiled or roasted. An infusion.


Day 7
Repeat any previous menus
