Basic pebetes dough recipe

Recipe for mass Basic for pebetes. This recipe is perfect for when we need small snacks to prepare or carry.

The pebetes can fill of vegetables, meats, cold cuts, etc. Ideal for picnics. Left hand this basic mass for pancakes.

Ingredients:

-20 g salt

-k 1 meal 0000

-100 g sugar

-60 g fat

-60 g yeast

-20 g extract of malta

-500 cc water

Preparation:
We put the salt, flour, sugar, fat, yeast, malt extract and water in a bowl and mix to form the mass, let stand for mild mass.

Then lead to counters and degassing giving them small strokes. Cut the dough and knead flour, and form the rolls.

Return to knead and put on a plate, then leave again weigh and carry on greased plate oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
