Calories in the diet, nutrients needed daily. The calorie is a unit of energy, which can be found stored in the food consumed in the body, is the fuel necessary to run or if your agency would offer more calories than necessary, become stored fat.

Food, therefore, provide energy and the kilocaloría, which is the amount of energy needed to raise the temperature of one kilogram of water to a degree Celsius it is used to measure the amount of heat , which occurs when the food is metabolized.
