Ingredients

200 g of small cut smoked salmon
6 eggs cooked, peeled
8 piquillo peppers
8 peeled prawns
Mayonnaise
16 slices of toasted bread
Ketchup

Preparation

Separate whites of egg yolks and latter the short brunoise.

Mix in a suitable container, the cuts of salmon, egg, piquillo peppers and you're integrating with some spoonfuls of mayonnaise and ketchup.

Spread the toasted bread (if you want to reduces its size to half or a quarter if you want as small snacks) and placed above the mixture treating of moldeas with a couple of spoons.

On each toasted grated well fine clara.

The final touch is - using unamangapastelera with curly nozzle-, place a button of mayonnaise.

It is served by placing a shrimp side of each bread.
