Ingredients
Olive spray oil
2 small Eggplant cut lengthwise into thin slices
1 courgette medium cut lengthwise into thin slices
1 fillet of tomato, cut in slices
Salt and black pepper
1 / 2 cup prepared humus (chickpea Pate)
2 red peppers roasted in thin slices
1 cup fresh leaves Basil
1 thin baguette cut half in horizontal
Preparation:
Preheat the grill in the open air, or the grill. Spray both sides of the Eggplant and zucchini slices of tomato conaceitede olive, aceiteen spray, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Put on the grill grilling the vegetables until they are golden and tender.
Open one of the halves of the baguette with humus, then fill in with the vegetables grilled vegetables and add Basil and tape, cut into equal portions (4) and serve.
