Easy kitchen: hake with green sauce recipe

Easy cooking: recipe of hake in salsa verde. This dish of hake is very fast, ideal for this warm period, to serve with a green salad.

Hake is one of the sea fish most consumed by its versatility when it comes to light dishes.

Ingredients:

-c/naceitede olive

-3 cloves garlic

-1 tbsp. flour

-1 tbsp. chopped parsley

-3 medium-sized potatoes

-4 fillets of hake, thick pieces

-1 Tin asparagus

-salt and pepper

Preparation:

Elaceiteen heat a frying pan, then add the chopped garlic, the spoonful of flour and FRY.

Then add the liquid from the Tin of asparagus chopped parsley, potatoes cut into slices and cook for 5 minutes.

Then incorporate the hake into pieces and cook another 5 minutes and add asparagus. Serve.
