Fruit diet, lose weight eating fruit

1 cup fruit salad
2 slices of watermelon
2 slices of melon
1 large kiwi or 2 small
1 large grapefruit
1 large orange
1 medium pear.
1 medium Apple
2 slices of pineapple (pineapple)

Breakfast: 2 servings of fruit

Lunch: 2 servings of fruit and one of the following options:

* Two steamed hake fillets

* A breast of chicken grilled with lemon.

* An egg and a clear oven or cooked in a frying pan in Teflon

* Three slices of peceto in the oven or grilled filet wrapped in aluminum foil

* A can of tuna natural

* Two burgers, desgrasadas, baked or grilled.

Snack: 2 servings of fruit

Dinner: 2 servings of fruit and one of the following options:

* Three skim mozzarella slices

* Two offer yogurt.

* 50 Gr. of skimming cheese

* A cup of broth

* Two cups of skim milk

* Two fruits with skim ricotta.
