Easy pasta recipe Neapolitan. Very easy to make, pasta recipe also has low-calorie to result in an ideal to taste in this summer time meal.
A light sauce, with ingredients of the season and many herbs, a classic of Italian cuisine. Very recommended.
Ingredients:
1 kg ripe tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 carrot
1 sprig celery
¾ Cup white wine
1 parsley sprig
1 cdita sugar
450 g pasta
c/naceitede olive
c/n salt
c/n pepper
c/n Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. fresh oregano
Preparation:
Chop diced tomato, onion, carrot, elapioy parsley, and lead to a pot with the wine, the cda of oil, sugar and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
When start to thicken let cool a little and go through the puretera. Salt and pepper and add the oregano.
Cooking pasta, in plenty of water when this list drain and mix with tomato sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
