Ingredients:

1 kilo of potatoes
200 g soft cheese
rabanitos tied 1
1 lettuce
c/n parsley
8 tablespoons vinegar
6 tablespoons deaceitede olive
1/2 litre of vegetable broth
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes with skin in abundant salted water tender once, strain them and remove the skin, cut into cubes, carry them to the source, and locate them for the presentation of the dish.

Mix the vinegar, vegetable broth, oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. With this sauce we bathe the freshly cut potatoes

Part cut the cheese into cubes, wash the rabanitos and cut into thin slices. Last bite at the last moment parsley to keep it with all the flavor.

Add the potatoes cut cheese and the rabanitos, used as base the leaves of lettuce garnish with parsley and serve the salad.
