Ingredients:
1/4 hígado1/2 CTA. from sal2 tbsp huevos3 cebollas6 k. from mantecapimienta to tastePreparation:
Cook to fire slowly until tender liver in 1 cup of water with 1/2 CTA. of salt.
Drain and go through the mincer together with onions, boiled eggs, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Form a paste and placed in a mould of bread or Pan girl and lead to the cold.
To serve can be cut into slices as cold cut meat or filled with sandwiches.
