Steam cooking, recipe steamed hake Galician style

A recipe that combines two of the attributes that I think are most interesting when choosing the family menu: it is healthy and is easy to make. An excellent opportunity to enrich your family nutrition.

As any recipe steamed, is suitable for all ages and people, from infants able to eat solid foods, to elderly people who should take care of their health. The video accompanying leaves no detail to be discovered.

Ingredients

Laurel
Clove
Grained black pepper
4 medium potatoes
2 fillets of hake
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons deaceitede olive
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

Preparation

Advance a brief description to what you see in the video.

Put in a pot with water (which can be a steamer on top), bay leaf, clove, pepper, and put to cook the peeled potatoes kitchens unless they are tender (about 15 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes).

Remove them and place the steamer over that same water and on it the steaks of hake you cocinarás covered, for about five minutes, as it shows the video.

Cut the cloves of garlic in foil, doran enaceitede olive which adds sweet paprika and about 4 to 6 tablespoons of broth of the cooking of potatoes.
