Ingredients:
10 grs. butter derretida1 Cup azúcar2 huevos2 1/2 cups of oatmeal 2 ctas. of hornear3/4 ctas. of sal1 CTA vanilla.Preparation:
Beat the sugar with the butter until it is either creamy, add the eggs of a one beating well after adding each one, then add the oats, baking powder, salt, and finally vanilla.
Place on a greased plate tablespoons with a good separation so that no glue and lead to oven moderated for 10 minutes or until golden-brown.
