This is a cool recipe for the hot days, for those who like healthy food. The Macedonian pudding recipe is very easy and quick to do.
Ingredients:
150 grs. zanahorias200 grs. chauchas3 Tin arvejas200 grs. tied ricota1 of asparagus remolachas1To decorate:
Rabanitos turned, lettuce, carrots, fresh mushrooms.
To accompany:
100 grs. ricotta mixed with half a cup of mayonnaise.
In a bowl mix the carrots with potatoes, both boiled and cut into cubes, the boiled beans, cut into strips and boiled beets cut into cubes. the peas and the ricotta.
Season to taste with salt and dump in a previously oiled mould pressing to take form.
Unmold in a source, untar the surface with mayonnaise and covered around with asparagus one side by side with the points upward.
Garnish with lettuce, the turned rabanitos (Court), the spoon chopped boiled carrots and mushrooms.
Separate serve the ricotta mixed with mayonnaise flavored with abundant mustard on a saucer.
