Today we share the homemade grisines recipe, a recipe simple and easy to make, ideal to accompany them with a good coffee in the snack or breakfast. This recipe is for 3 kilos of grisines.

Ingredients:

quarter litre of oil 1 quarter litres of water 1 kg of semolina 1 ½ kg of flour 75 grams of malta 35 grams of yeast of beer 25 grams of salt

Preparation:

First thing we must do is stir all the ingredients except the flour, place them in a bowl and they must be well mixed.
After this we add the flour, we must be well sustained mass, if a soft mass we add a little more than flour.
We kneading the dough on the table for a while and then leave it rest for 10 minutes well covered.
After the time of rest we cut the dough into small rolls, we stretch them in shape to the shape of the grisines.
We put them on a griddle and the very low tempering oven.
