Swiss potatoes croquettes

We started the year 2011 with a simple Swiss potatoes croquettes recipe, they are very easy to make and very rich.
Ingredients:
500 grs. of potatoes 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg yolk 1/2 onion 2 tbsp of cream salt and pepper
Preparation:
We started with the preparation, grate raw potatoes and cut the onions very fine.
