Ingredients:
5 huevos400 g of tomatoes 400 g of pepper 1 sprig of parsley 2 tbsp of oilPreparation:
The first thing we do is cook the eggs for 10 minutes, remove you you shells them and cut them into slices.
Cut the tomatoes in slices and the peppers cut them into fairly wide strips. Chop the parsley and mix everything, finally added salt and oil.
